A simple breakfast bowl packed with nutrients and protein. If you’re in a rush, skip toasting the coconut flakes and walnut.

Servings: 1

6 ounces 0% fat Greek yogurt (I recommend Fage)
1/4 cup blueberries
1 Tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
1 Tablespoon toasted walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

1. Toast coconut flakes and walnuts: place on a baking sheet in a 350° oven for 8-10 minutes or until the coconut is golden. Let cool before placing on yogurt.

2. Place yogurt into a bowl.

3. Top with blueberries, coconut, walnuts and chia seeds.
