Raspberries, almonds, and honey make busy mornings nice (and full of antioxidants). The best part: this recipe takes only takes a few minutes to make.

Servings: 4

1 scoop of Fage 2% Greek yogurt
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/3 cup of almonds
1 teaspoon of honey

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
