So been a bit busy with work and holidays so haven’t been posting.
I completed a 10k race on the 15th May. Completed it in about 1 hour 8 minutes with an average pace of 6:52. Felt like death afterward but it was worth it.

I like the idea of HIIT but don’t really have anywhere to do it….I’m not comfortable running a HIIT session round my normal run route as it’s roads etc. Makes it more difficult.

Hi Adam, I play competitively.
It was my first season back after a couple of years out this season so was hard work but still good fun, although I had to get used to a new position of scrum-half. Youth years I was no 8 or flanker (basically a forward) so that was all new for me.
