  • I can see some good stuff here. When I over used my trapezius, it spawned trigger points on the inside and outside of my scapula, into my lats and down my arm. I had already ordered a foam roller and just saw your foam rolling warm up video. I specifically tried the lat roll and it revealed a lot of tenderness is still there.

  • Adam, thank you so much! I will add these tips to the ones my physical therapist gave me. I’ve had to go easy as a pec stretch he gave me helps when done lightly and aggravates when done aggressively. These will add to my arsenal to aid my recovery and prevent future injury. Who knew that a simple plumbing job would result in a month of pain?

  • I’m 71 and have gotten out of shape and over weight the last few years. I tend to get injuries easily and am currently recovering from injuring my trapezius simply from doing repairs under a bathroom sink. I know I need to start off really easy to prevent injury and that increasing both strength and flexibility will help.
