Thanks Adam. That video is good advice. I’m working with a physical therapist and his home exercises and office treatments are very similar to the research you found.
What I really need help is working out. I’m limited to exercises that won’t stress my feet for the next few weeks. I can’t use my suspension trainer or most body weight exercises (including regular push ups). I’m supposed to limit my walking and my elliptical aggravates my condition.
I don’t own any other equipment or belong to a gym. This leaves me modified push ups, dips, inverted rows, and core. I was hoping that the community had some suggestions on putting together a challenging workout that I can do three days a week.
