It’s been a while!
I’ve noticed I have slacked off from updated my Training Log this past 4 weeks (bad Adam!)
But all is good! 😀
I am training hard and heavy at the minute using a mixture of approaches each week to keep me on my toes.
So I am alternating weeks between single muscle groups (to focus solely on muscle…[Read more]
Hope the tooth is recovering! Sounds painful 🙁
Good to see you’re back on the training though!
Keep up the hard work mate 😀

So I’ve scoured the internet and found two videos which I think can best explain what I would recommend during a Burpee.
Unfortunately the quality of these videos are not the best standard but we are yet to release our own stand alone exercise tutorials… Although they are in the pipeline! 😀
Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been away for a few days (no where exciting I’m afraid!)
I would definitely recommend incorporating burpees into your exercise regime 🙂
They are a great way to improve you cardiovascular fitness, overall body strength and help reduce body fat due to their high intense nature.
Having said this, I…[Read more]
In situations like these, I would always recommend you trust your instincts.
Although these positions are shown to alleviate pain in the back area, if your body is not responding well to them at the moment, you should listen to it and stop these poses altogether.
The last thing we want to do is upset your back further.

Hey Samantha 🙂
Which poses are starting to hurt your back? I recommend stopping them completely for now if you are sure it is them that is causing the issues?
Massive congrats on the 10 full push ups! Another brilliant achievement and yet another milestone you have overcome! 😀
Keep up the great work, we are all behind you!
If you look across the top of the box you use to write a post with, you’ll see a tab named ‘img’.
Click on this and it will prompt you to enter an image URL.
You can convert your photos into a URL in a number of ways but I usually upload them from Facebook by right clicking on the image and ‘copying’ the image URL.
Then simply paste the URL…[Read more]
Fantastic post Scott 😀
Sounds like a wonderful place and definitely one to add to my bucket list!
The crystal clear waters, gorges and the chance of catching a few fish definitely appeal to the adventurer in me 🙂

Great dedication once again Samantha!
Gardening is a very strenuous activity for your back but I have to say it just goes to show how far you’ve come since your first post! 😀
I don’t believe you would have been able to get through much yard work a few months ago with the pain in your back being so severe!
You should be extremely proud of where…[Read more]
Great to hear from you Scott!
Wow… El Questro looks amazing! Safe to say I am very jealous but I’m glad you had a great time with the family 😀
Also, fantastic to hear you managed to get some recovery on your elbows whilst keeping up your fitness with some camping cardio!
I’ve got a little bit of ‘home work’ for you Scott (if you’re up to…[Read more]
Welcome to Travel Strong, glad you like the post!
Me and Will are based in the UK too but I have to say, with the weather we’re having at the minute, we could be sat in California 😀

Great work Velena!
I’ve wrote a post which I think you’ll find interesting called My 2 top tips for reaching your goals and enjoying the process 🙂
One of the main themes in this post relates to how it is fine to have a sneaky meal from time to time (like White Castle burgers) and explains why we actually need this in our diet every now and…[Read more]
If I were you I would do either the stretches or the Yoga in one day.
For me it’s easier to have a stretching routine because I don’t practice Yoga, but for yourself, a mix of the two throughout the week would be a great way to keep things varied and improve your mobility 🙂
