Foam roller or lacrosse ball

Complete these exercises in the order they are shown. The entire warm-up should take around 10 minutes, and by the end of it you should have broken a light sweat.

4 Rocking Frog Stretch 8
5 Fire Hydrant Circles 8 (each direction)

7 Squat Stands 10
8 Wall Slide w/ Lift Off 10
