Difficulty: Beginner

Pull-ups are hard. There’s no way around it. To get your ready to perform your first unassisted rep, you’ll be working on the ever-so-slightly easier chin-up first.

Difficulty: Intermediate

Once you can perform unassisted chin-ups with (relative) ease, you can start working on pull-ups and beyond. This challenge will walk you through it.

Difficulty: Advanced

This is probably the toughest challenge in the Member’s Area. It will put your grip and relative strength to the test, while building muscle in your arms and back.
