    Sunday – three rounds of the same workout I did on Saturday (3 mins skip/shuttle run, 3 mins boxing, 5 mins resistance/weights).
    Monday – 50 minute brisk walk with the dog.

    Friday – one hour brisk walk with my youngest daughter. She takes some keeping up with now, which keeps the heart rate up!
    Saturday – strong finish to a strong training week. Youngest (14 yo) daughter trained with me. It was pretty warm (35 degrees Celsius) which made for a tough session. Did four rounds of:

    Thursday – torrid circuit class at local gym with my wife and eldest daughter! A lot,of cardio with a bit of resistance work as well.

    Friday and Saturday – one hour walk with the dog both days.
    Sunday – one hour walk, 50 min heavy kettlebell session.
    Monday – 50 min heavy kettlebell session.
    Tuesday – full game of mixed netball – great cardio workout.
    Wednesday – 50 minute walk with the dog.

    Tuesday – Saltwater Crocodile plus 3 minutes treadmill, 3 minutes skipping, 3 minutes rowing machine.
    Thursday – one hour circuit at our local gym with my wife.

    Strong start to this week. Monday evening I did a one hour workout:

    Finished the week on a strong note with a one hour Ox at the local park. Also went for a 45 minute brisk walk with the family in the afternoon!

    Has been a better week this week. 6 km walk Wednesday morning and heavy kettlebell session Wednesday evening. Thursday rest day. Friday 6 km walk and a playground workout. Will try to train again tomorrow to round out a really good week.

  • Thursday – 6 km walk and a great one hour circuit class at a local gym where we are staying. Friday – 20 sets of body weight exercises (lots of push ups, box jumps, reverse push ups etc) interspersed with approx 45 minutes brisk walk. Saturday – rest day. Lots of red wine too – thanks Adam!

  • Wednesday – still travelling. Ox workout interspersed with skipping and shuttle runs. Followed by 8 km hike with my wife and 9 holes of golf with mates. Great, active day.

  • Tuesday – travelling this week but have been able to bring 2 x 16 kg kettlebells with me. This morning I found a park in the town I stayed in and did a Honey Badger interspersed with skipping and shuttle runs.
